In order to solve the problems of high distortion rate and low decoding efficiency decoded video when current coding methods are used encode decode remote monitoring system, considering local area network, research on optimization method system is proposed. The network collect image information, process, output information. By preprocessing frame in parallel. motion information lost estimated realize fast system. experimental results show that proposed has practical value.
